1. When you add items to your cart, our system processes your payment to Stripe.
2. When your payment has been processed, your order appears on our system.
3. We will confirm receipt of your order, contact you if there are any problems and confirm when your order has been despatched.
4. Your order will be shipped and you will receive delivery details within 3 business days.
PRODUCTS & STOCK
Our products are usually in stock. If they are out of stock, we will contact you to arrange:
- a refund
- an alternative
- extended delivery
Products may vary slightly in terms of colour, specification and accessories.
We do, however, try to keep our descriptions and information as accurate as possible.
BILLING & TAX
We accept online payments through PayPal using appropriate credit, debit & gift cards.
If you would like to arrange another form of payment, please contact us before attempting to place your order.
Our prices include Irish VAT at 23%.
We issue VAT invoices for all orders.
If you're buying outside of Ireland, you are responsible for all tax obligations and customs declarations.
